Championship BBQ Team

The Pig Pak competition BBQ team was formed in 2002.  In 2002 we competed in just one event.  Our first event netted us a 15th place overall.  Since that first and only contest in 2002, we have competed in over 50 KCBS sanctioned events. Over the past six years we have had a number wins and top 10 finishes in all contest categories; Chicken, Ribs, Brisket, and Pork. In 2008, it all came together and we won our first Championship in Dickson TN. 

Following is our tentative schedule for 2010:

Winterfest 2010 - Madison IN - Feb 27th (done)

Jeffersonville IN - June 18th and 19th (done)

Jasper IN - August  6th and 7th

Madison IN - August 20 th and 21st

Bean Blossom IN - August 27th and 28th

Springfield KY -  October 1st and 2nd
